What does Delta Pigmentos do?
Delta Pigmentos manufactures color masterbatch for polyolefins and engineering plastics, and distributes pigments, additives and water and solvent based dispersions for plastics, paints and inks. The plant is our own, with coverage across Mexico.
Where is Delta Pigmentos and which region does it serve?
The plant is at Donato Guerra 117, 45600 Santa Anita, Jal., Mexico. From there it serves all of Mexico by parcel and ground freight. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Is Delta Pigmentos ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. Manufacturing runs under ISO 9001-2015 certified procedures. Depending on the product application, FDA, ASTM, UL, CE and NOM references are also used.
How is a color development done?
In four steps. You send us your reference (Pantone code, physical sample or photo), the application and the end use. We review the reference and propose the product, with price and estimated delivery time. You test the sample in your machine, with your material and your conditions. Once the shade is approved we produce it and ship it anywhere in the country.
How long does a development take and what is the minimum order?
A color development takes 10 days from sample approval. The minimum order for a developed color is 100 kg. Every request is reviewed within 24 business hours of receipt.
How do I request a quote?
By WhatsApp, through the website form or by phone. To answer with a technical proposal it helps to have at hand: shade reference, application and process, estimated volume and whether the product has food contact. Every request is reviewed within 24 business hours.
